It was spotless with everything we required.. Covid protocols were very much in place and although slow the buffet breakfast was served to us. Pool area was nice,had it to myself one afternoon which was relaxing!

Staff were very helpful and friendly,especially the lady on reception.. The balcony was huge and the view was amazing as you look across the bay over Batsi and the mountains behind. The hotel is in a perfect and very quiet location, but is only a 10 minute walk away from the restaurants, bars and shops in Batsi. So you have the best of both worlds. The staff was also awesome, super friendly and always smiley. They made sure you felt safe despite the Covid situation.

Moreover, the breakfast was very delicious and was handed to you by the staff to avoid big groups trying to get to the buffet all at once which also made us feel very safe despite Covid All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.
