Section III Techniques has chapters on performing various procedures and diagnostics for each body system. Volume II is broken down into sections relating to body systems as well.

Within each section of this volume specific disease states and conditions are discussed along with diagnostic procedures, recommended treatment options and many useful algorithms. The on-line registration enables the reader access to updates to the text as well as additional charts, graphs and videos.

I found the video component especially helpful when discussing movement disorders. This text offers a very detailed wealth of information. It is most likely not a reference book that the technician would likely go to in the usual day in and day out work, and may be somewhat detailed for a veterinarian to use for a quick reference. However these books would make a great addition to any reference library and are a valuable study aid.
